Leo Shelton

Leo Shelton is a writer, author, poet, educator, scholar, and a self-proclaimed life long learner and student of life. Hes also the owner of Tugson Press. He is an adjunct faculty member at several universities, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in business, finance, organizational behavior, management, and economics, and a freelance consultant and course developer.

Karen "Kay" Clanton

Kay has over 24 years of experience in administration, human resources, personnel and training in various challenging supervisory positions. These positions include, benefits, legal, manpower and staffing, pay entitlements, purchasing, report processing, scheduling, travel and travel claim processing, conference and event planning, audio visual support, and a strong customer service background. Shes retired from the U.S. Navy after over 20 years of service.

Carolyn Shelton
Carolyn is our resident editor, reviewing copy, correcting grammar and content and advising on many of our finished products. She has an enormous gift and appreciation of writing as an art form and a ton of experience in teaching, creative writing, technical report writing, and research.

Jamil Fletcher

Jamil has over ten years of professional experience involving marketing, sales, fundraising, media relations, and program management in a variety of professional and challenging positions. Hes done a lot of work in managing development activities such as corporate relations, major gifts, workplace giving (CFC, United Way, and United Black Fund), special events, sponsorship, grant writing, membership and direct mail. Hes also a co-owner of the Black Pride Guide and the promotions behind Phat Tuesdays.

Aaron Shelton
Aaron is a free lance graphic artist part-time and has worked in HR/Staffing for the last 8 years. He advises on content, color, lay-out, and will be doing a lot of our cover art, newsletter, flyers and creative marketing. Stay tuned for some of his individually published works to include comic books and kids books.

Anthony "Tony" Lane
Tony has over 20 years of graphic arts experience with the United States Navy. His creative designs will be seen throughout our marketing, advertising, and work in the form of cover art, newsletters, and flyers as well. Tony has extensive experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, and Premiere InDesign.
